Ecomdash is the core of our stock management and logistics here at Luxelu. Their ongoing support means that we are able to utilize all the functionality that the software offers to make sure we run a smooth operation.
This system keeps us on top of all of our customer service enquiries and cases to make sure all our customers have the best possible experience at Luxelu. Each customer case is classed as a new 'ticket' which means we can categorise each case to help prioritise the urgent matters.
For internal use mainly, Asana keeps all of our current projects and tasks in one place. We can see each person's task list in the Luxelu team and we can share comments and brainstorms on different ideas. There is also a calendar area included to help pinpoint key dates.
